EMCS Installer Lead II Southwest Electrical Contracting Services, Ltd. – 3.1 Durham, NC Job Details Full-time $30 – $32 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications 6 years OSHA 30 Electrical wiring Blueprint reading Low voltage Senior level Full Job Description EMCS Installer Lead II Ability to hardware verify Floor Level emcs Systems Ability to install conduit raceways and control wiring as lined out by superior Can be trusted to work independently for an extended period of time Can execute the installation of Floor level emcs Systems Can execute the installation of Mechanical Room Level emcs Systems Can execute the installation of Plant Level emcs Systems Can line out the installation of Floor level emcs Systems Can line out the installation of Mechanical Room Level emcs Systems Can line out the installation of Plant Level emcs Systems Capable of leading a crew to complete emcs projects valued up to $50K Capable of reading and interpreting emcs System Submittal Drawings Capable of reading and interpreting MEP plans & specifications Capable of representing SWECS in a responsible & professional manner Has access to reliable transportation Has at least 6 years of work experience in the installation of emcs systems Knowledgeable in emcs or Electrical installation materials and wire Maintains a minimum tool list Maintains an excellent record of attendance Meets SWECS’ minimum eligibility requirements for a new hire Possesses a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn Possesses an OSHA 30 Hour Safety Certificate Qualifies to drive a company vehicle Requires weekly check-in from
