Our scope of services include new construction, re-roofing, repairs, inspection, maintenance and warranty work._

Job Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of the Roofing Superintendent, the Roofing Foremen oversees the process from start to finish with commercial roof systems Coordinates employees and determine priorities for job completion on a daily basis Verify all safety guidelines are being followed and documented. Communicate safety procedures and training to employees, as well as, the process in case of an emergency. Follow the project schedule and timelines, avoiding any delays or damages. . Insure roofing material is installed properly; insure slopes, board gaps, and any/all other materials are per specifications of job. Complete punch list/check off list to verify everything is correct before job completion and final inspection. Plan and erect ladders in a safe manner as required by job site conditions and industry and OSHA standards. Communicate effectively with Helpers, Roofing Superintendent, and customers; Accurately report work time and absences for all crew members using an iPhone, iPad, or computer through FieldEase daily. Roofing Foreman is responsible for the required inspections of hand and power tools used; maintains tools and equipment Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are on the truck at the beginning of each work day; Operate a variety of hand and power tools including pneumatic and electric hand tools

Requirements:

What we look for in new team members- 3-5 years commercial roofing experience Strong work ethics Valid Driver’s License Legally able to work in the United States The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check. A motor vehicle report will be run annually.
