Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team. The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. We have multiple projects throughout the Southeast, mainly in North & South Carolina.
Duties:
- Monitoring job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity
- Coordination all labor, materials, and equipment
- Completing field reports including time sheets, daily reports, and purchases
- Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities
- Implementing and monitoring the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing field personnel
- Participating in all field activities and willing to work with tools when necessary
- Medium to large commercial/industrial electrical experience is required
- Journeyman license, NCCER certification and Osha 10 preferred but not required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
