We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction projects and ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including blueprint reading, quality control, and the use of construction management software. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, managing a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction teams to ensure project timelines are met. Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution and ensure adherence to specifications. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera to track project progress and manage resources effectively. Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Train and mentor team members in safe work practices and proper use of tools and equipment, including ohmmeters for electrical tasks. Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential. Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes is preferred. Familiarity with construction management software tools is highly desirable. Experience in quality control practices within a construction environment is a plus. Ability to read blueprints accurately and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
