Job Description:

Your main role as Foreman/Crew Lead will be to oversee and perform repair work scheduled by our team. You will be responsible for leading a team of 2-3 repair persons, providing exceptional service and an exceptional product to our customers. As a Crew Lead, you are our repair expert in moisture remediation, carpentry, and foundation work and leaned on heavily as such by our team(s).

What You’ll Do:

Be proficient in completing and overseeing all repairs required with a two or three person crew. Be able to troubleshoot and communicate issues as they arise Manage jobsite in a safe and efficient manner and with good communication Manage tools on site for each job, planning ahead for needs at dispatch Follow instructions from management as assigned, giving daily updates to management on inventory needs Schedule time for maintenance for tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is someone who … Has previous experience (preferably 5+ years) with construction and repair, most notably repairs in the crawl space, including structural repair (sills, girders, joists, subfloors, piers) and moisture remediation (interior drains, moisture barriers, dehumidification systems). Is able to manage crew members to perform necessary repairs for structural or moisture remediation. Has a valid Driver’s License, is able to pass a DMV license check, and has reliable transportation to and from work Has a strong desire to reach and exceed set goals in all areas of the job. Has excellent people skills, and is professional in their interactions with both Customers (homeowners / B2B) and Coworkers. Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
