Construction Foreman Hux Contracting, LLC Charlotte, NC 28227 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of workers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact between project managers, clients, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment. Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes. Coordinate tasks among team members and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management regarding timelines and any potential issues. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours. Train and mentor team members in construction techniques and safety practices. Resolve conflicts or issues that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Skills Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team. Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during projects. Proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
