The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction practices. As a foreman , you will be responsible for supervising the work of crew members, coordinating project schedules, and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations on the construction site. Duties Supervise and manage your crew to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Oversee project scheduling, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Collaborate with project managers to review contracts and understand project requirements. Conduct regular safety inspections on-site to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, and materials used on-site. Train new employees on safety protocols and best practices in construction work. Qualifications Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards related to construction sites. Proficient in project scheduling techniques and contract management practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
