Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years industrial / commercial plumbing experience. Journeyman card and/or Plumbing License required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability a statistical inference, and fundamental of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Lead work crews in plumbing trade. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work. Experience Preferred 10 year(s): Industrial/Commercial plumbing experience.
