Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman Services Foreman to lead a team of handymen in performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.), excellent leadership skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This role involves supervising job sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of handyman team members on multiple job sites. Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance work as needed (e.g., drywall, minor electrical/plumbing, carpentry). Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with safety and building codes. Communicate with BSC Management team to assess needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Inspect completed work to verify quality, accuracy, and cleanliness. Capture before and after pictures of work that is being completed. Coordinate/Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Procurement of inventory (tools, equipment, supplies, etc.) Provide training, support, and guidance to handyman team members. Track labor hours, materials used, and job progress for reporting and billing. Troubleshoot issues on-site and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bilingual preferred High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in general maintenance or handyman services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of home repair and maintenance across multiple trades. Ability to read and understand work orders. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position Travel to various residential and commercial job sites. Indoor and outdoor work environments, sometimes in confined or elevated spaces.
