As a Landscape Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled laborers, managing daily operations, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of crews to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Manage irrigation systems, ensuring proper installation and maintenance for optimal plant health. Train team members on best practices in landscape construction and safety protocols. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and service delivery. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines. Assist in the planning and execution of landscape design projects, including planting, mulching, and hardscaping tasks. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape design principles. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to build structures as needed for landscaping projects (e.g., patios, fences). Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
