Communicate and answer client’s emails and calls. Make sure projects are completed on time. Prepare schedule for each day for your team. Review blueprints and do all pre-marking before installations. Do quality checks on your job sites. Show your team how to do the job correctly if needed. Manage layouts and workflow. Other tasks as required. What you will need as

Foreman:

3+ years of construction Foreman experience 3+ years of blueprint experience Bluebeam and Excel experience a plus. Detailed oriented to make sure everything on your site has been completed according to the blueprints. Measuring and layout experience. Job site inspection experience.
