Commercial Electrical Foreman RAM Electric Group, Inc 1105 Waxhaw Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical projects and manage a team of electricians. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to effectively coordinate project activities. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of electricians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and ProCore for project tracking and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications. Oversee budgeting processes, including estimating costs and managing resources effectively. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical systems and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with project managers to develop timelines and ensure project milestones are met. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Coordinate with other trades on-site to ensure seamless integration of electrical work within the overall project pipeline. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising electrical teams in a construction environment. Proficiency in construction management software including HeavyBid for budgeting and estimating. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with construction estimating practices is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. This position requires a proactive leader who can drive project success through effective management and technical expertise.
