Full-Time Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Foreman to lead on-site operations for concrete construction projects in Wawayanda, NY . The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on concrete experience , including supervisory responsibilities in commercial, industrial, or civil projects. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of concrete work from start to finish. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation:

12-hour shifts , Monday through Friday Weekends off

Hourly Pay:

$32 – $42/hour, based on experience Per diem negotiable , depending on location and travel requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily concrete work on job sites, including forming, pouring, reinforcing, and finishing Lead and manage crews to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment Monitor material usage and coordinate deliveries as needed Maintain accurate daily reports, timesheets, and field documentation Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to meet deadlines and resolve site issues Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of concrete construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role Deep knowledge of concrete forming, placement, reinforcement, and finishing techniques Ability to manage and motivate crews under tight deadlines Familiarity with construction safety practices and OSHA standards Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
