Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Skilled Scaffolding Foreman with at least 5 years of scaffolding experience to lead and manage crews on a variety of job sites in the Raleigh area. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who can work hard, lead by example, and maintain a safe, productive job site. The ideal candidate is an expert in scaffold erection and dismantling, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is extremely reliable and team-oriented .

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of scaffold erection crews Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently Read and interpret scaffold drawings, site plans, and customer requirements Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Communicate clearly with site supervisors, project managers, and team members Train and mentor crew members as needed Track materials, equipment, and job progress

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of scaffolding erection experience Proven leadership experience in a foreman or crew lead role Comfortable working at heights and using proper fall protection Must be a team player and

SUPER RELIABLE

Must have reliable transportation to job sites in Raleigh, NC Strong understanding of scaffold safety standards and best practices OSHA certifications a plus
