Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Commercial Sprinkler Foreman with 10+ years of industry experience to take on a supervisory role within our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is not only technically skilled but also passionate about leadership, safety, and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and perform all aspects of commercial sprinkler system installation, repair, and modification on new and existing buildings. Assign duties to Fitters and Helpers, inspect work, and ensure project quality and efficiency. Provide hands-on training and support to team members to encourage development and maintain safety standards. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Install risers, mains, branch lines; oversee layout, prep, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out and PPE use. Maintain job site safety and code compliance, particularly with NFPA-13 standards. Diagnose and resolve sprinkler system issues using appropriate tools and equipment. Operate threading machines, roll groovers, test pumps, drills, pipe wrenches, and more. Work closely with management and field staff to streamline operations and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on commercial sprinkler experience (Required) Proven leadership/supervisory experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of NFPA-13 fire protection code and system classifications (wet, dry, pre-action) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights and in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license (Required) Must be legally authorized to work in the

U.S. OSHA 30

certification (Preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred but not required)
