Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee on-site electrical installations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The Foreman will lead crews, coordinate work with project managers, and ensure all electrical tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead electrical crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings. Ensure work complies with NEC, local codes, and company safety policies. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades on-site. Monitor work progress and resolve any issues that arise. Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen electricians. Maintain detailed records of daily activities and progress reports.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician; prior experience as a Foreman preferred. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, NEC code, and OSHA safety regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
