What You’ll Do:

Put customers first. Lead, train, and supervise painting crews on commercial and residential job sites. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to Chroma’s high-quality standards. Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members. Perform expert-level painting work and troubleshoot in the field. Maintain job site cleanliness, safety compliance, and detailed records.

What You Bring:

5+ years of professional painting experience, with leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of surface prep, coatings, spray systems, and job site safety. Ability to read blueprints/scope of work and manage job pacing. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
