Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution. Perform metal stud framing layout and oversee drywall installations. Plan and prioritize daily tasks, adjusting for weather, supply chain issues, or personnel availability. Communicate project status to supervisors, site engineers, and office. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and proper use of tools and equipment. Order materials in advance to maintain project timelines and avoid delays.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction plans. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage on-site crew operations. Excellent communication skills to convey instructions and technical details clearly. Prior experience in commercial construction, specifically drywall and metal stud framing.
