$30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (45 hours/week avg.) We’re looking to bring on a new CNC Lead / Working Foreman to help guide the day-to-day operations on the floor while continuing to grow alongside us. This is a new hybrid role , approximately 60% hands-on CNC operation and 40% management/scheduling . We need someone who is as comfortable on the machines as they are directing the flow of work, coordinating a small team, and stepping into a leadership mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of 4-5 CNC operators, with occasional support to a second department (2 team members) Manage daily and weekly production schedules, adjusting workflows and plugging in operators as needed Coordinate 16 different active work reports and ongoing jobs Operate and oversee CNC Vertical Mills and Lathes Plan and prioritize workloads with a hands-on, floor-first mindset (less technical/programming, more shop-floor execution) Act as a firm but fair leader—gracious, respected, and assertive when needed Support job tracking and communication through Microsoft Excel and Monday.com (training provided) What We’re Looking For Experience operating CNC Vertical Mills and/or Lathes or mechanically inclined willing to learn L eadership or foreman experience , or strong potential to step into that role Good understanding of shop scheduling and workforce planning Strong communication and problem-solving skills Computer proficient: Excel, Microsoft Office; spreadsheet skills a must Willingness to learn and use Monday.com project tracking tools A “get-it-done” attitude with the ability to guide a team of strong personalities effectively Work Hours & Environment Shop open: 6:00 AM to 5:00

PM Workday:

8-9 hours/day , flexible start between 6-7

AM Fridays:

Team usually wraps up by noon Average 45 hours/week, with natural ebbs and flows Collaborative, respectful, and growth-minded culture

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:

$30-$35/hour 100% paid health insurance (50% coverage for dependents) Simple IRA with 3% match – starts within 30 days; contribute up to $16,000/year Uniform stipend

Paid Time Off:
