Full Job Description Description:

As an Electrical Supervisor for Zajac, LLC you will be responsible for overseeing the field electrical operations, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Interface with various departments and customers to support all existing and new jobs. As required, the position will require hands-on work with the field electrical crew.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of field electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards. Provide leadership, motivate and engage workers, ensuring deadlines and performance standards are met, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct hands-on work with the field electrical crew, assisting with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks as required. Plan and supervise service electricians to determine necessary materials and tools, and ensure efficient use of resources. Create and manage project schedules, monitoring progress and resolving any issues that arise. Prepare detailed electrical estimates, generate RFIs when appropriate, and oversee the procurement of materials. Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and customers, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively. Maintaining current electrician’s license or identification card to meet state regulations. Ensure compliance with State and Federal codes and safety regulations (NEC and OSHA), conducting regular inspections and training sessions as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Minimum 8 years’ experience as a commercial, industrial and/or controls electrician. Deep knowledge of industrial electrical, including tooling, material, and techniques. General knowledge of PLCs, control wiring systems, and relevant industries (food, beverage, dairy, personal care, pharmaceutical). Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, one-line diagrams, and P&ID’s. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high standard of integrity and professionalism. Experience working with hand tools, power tools and electrical testing equipment. Strong working knowledge of, and adherence to, job site safety. Holds a valid Electrical License in NH, MA, ME or VT. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
