We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Foremen to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fence industry, particularly as an Installation Foreman, and possess strong project management skills. This role involves working on various construction sites, ensuring high-quality installations while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 2-4 fence installers, ensuring efficient and high-quality installations. Interpret blueprints and project specifications to accurately install various types of fences. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and company personnel. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation. Maintain and organize company equipment and materials. Install various types of fences including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental. Manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring quality control at every stage. Supervise a team of installers to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications. Conduct regular inspections of the work site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for fencing solutions. Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project progress. Qualifications Proven experience as a Fence Installation Foreman or similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of various fence types and installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
