-residential -light commercial The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical labor and technical skills, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Our range is $18.00 to $25.00 for all newly on boarded team members. It is our hope that you don’t end here, though. After a 2-3 month period and working on several projects together, having assessed skill level, efficiency, and speed, Jubilee happily gives pay increases in accordance with those assessments. Responsibilities Assist in the construction, installation, and maintenance of structures and facilities. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Actively ask questions and strong communicator to ensure projects are done well. Experience Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is required. Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery is an advantage. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
