Swimming Pool Construction Foreman 4.9 4.9 out of 5 stars Old Westbury, NY 11568 Pool Construction Subcontractor We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Construction Subcontractor to oversee and manage pool construction and renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of swimming pool construction, site management, and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations for pool construction and renovation projects. Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Schedule and coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to meet project deadlines. Inspect and troubleshoot construction issues, implementing solutions as needed. Communicate project updates with clients, management, and vendors. Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and work logs. Ensure site cleanliness and organization throughout project duration.

Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive experience in swimming pool construction, including excavation, plumbing, steel installation, shotcrete, tile, coping, and deck installation. Prior experience as a foreman, supervisor, or lead role in pool construction. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in pool building. Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Ability to operate heavy machinery (excavators, bobcats, etc.) is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
