The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project schedules. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction practices and project management tools. Duties Manage and coordinate installation teams on residential roofing job sites to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations. Collaborate with project estimators to review construction estimates and adjust plans as necessary. Implement safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations on-site. Experience Proven experience in managing installation teams within the construction industry. Familiarity with residential roofing installation. Strong understanding of quality control measures in construction settings. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Experience working directly on construction sites is preferred.
