We specialize in high-quality gutter solutions—from seamless aluminum and copper installation to gutter guards, snow stops, fascia/soffit, and underground drainage systems. We’re known for our craftsmanship, integrity, and customer-first service—delivered directly by our hands-on owners. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Gutter Installer / Foreman to join and lead our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the installation of seamless gutter systems on residential and commercial buildings
• Fabricate, assemble, and install gutters using a variety of power and hand tools
• Oversee team members on job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Inspect roofs and prepare them for installation
• Complete related roofing/sheet metal tasks (fascia, soffit, flashing, etc.)
• Maintain and repair existing gutter systems
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding service expectations and maintenance tips
• Ensure clean, professional job sites and project completion

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in gutter installation or sheet metal work (foreman experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in year-round outdoor conditions
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be 18 years or older
