Responsibilities Supervise and assist with daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provide training and support to crew members, promoting skill development. Maintain accurate records of project activities and report progress to management. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
