Construction Foreman JEB Environmental Technologies Inc. 2332 Eagle Valley Rd, Mill Hall, PA 17751 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor specifically familiar with the petroleum portion of gas stations and convenience stores to lead our construction team on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Projects are typically out of town, requiring overnight stays Monday through Friday. Hotel cost covered by company and per diem given. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to management. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor hours and materials used. Work with owner representatives on project scopes, change orders, walk throughs and punch lists. Provide training and support to team members as needed. Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and allocate resources effectively. Conduct material take off of drawings and order material as needed. Skills Experience in all facets of the petroleum portion of gas station and convenience store construction to include: Tank and piping installation; Dispenser, dispenser island and sump installation; Tank sump and submersible pump installation; Tank and sump monitoring and leak detection; Canopy foundations and canopy installation; Island and tank concrete mat forming and pouring; Familiar with electrical for dispensers, submersibles, tank and sump monitoring and leak detection Certified tank installer (Xerxes, Owens Corning,…) Certified piping installer (OPW, APT, Ameron, …) Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results. $27.60 – $29.44 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
