Waterproofing Foreman ensures the integrity and longevity of various structures by overseeing the application and effectiveness of waterproofing systems. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing staff, coordinating with project managers, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Ideal Waterproofing Foreman candidates should possess strong leadership and supervisory abilities with at least 5 years of waterproofing experience within commercial construction. Waterproofing Foreman Candidates must also possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans Problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong technical knowledge in Moisture, Waterproofing and Fire Protection Knowledge of Project Management software.

Waterproofing Foreman Responsibilities:

Oversee daily and long-term operations of the tasks on-hand and Project projections, ensuring compliance and deadline deliverables Manage project scheduling and resource allocation Supervise and mentor team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
