• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction site management, quality control, project scheduling, and blueprint reading.

• Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction workers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction activities
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with owner to develop project schedules

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks on various projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in construction estimating and contract negotiation
