The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction site management, with expertise in blueprint reading and schematics. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising teams, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site to ensure project timelines are met. Interpret and implement project plans, schematics, and blueprints effectively. Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and ProCore for project management and documentation. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards. Manage budgeting processes for materials and labor while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Train and mentor team members on safety practices, equipment operation, and construction techniques. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to address any issues or changes promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations (OSHA). Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics. Familiarity with project management software such as ProCore is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in budgeting and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
