Working Site Foreman Sea Islands Crawlspace Beaufort, SC 29902 Job Summary Sea Islands Crawlspace is seeking a Crew Leader to manage and Install various crawlspace and foundation repair projects around Beaufort, Bluffton, and Hilton Head. Projects range from structural repairs, vapor barriers, insulation, etc. The Crew leader is responsible for managing the job he’s on and 1-2 Crawlspace technicians on his job to ensure quality and efficiency is upheld. Crawlspace/foundation repair experience is not required, but is a plus. Construction experience preferred. The crew leader will undergo training with our Owner to ensure you are set up for success. Duties Install and manage crawlspace and foundation repair projects. You will be a working foreman in this role. Experience Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction or related industry. Proficiency in blueprint reading is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a focus on safety and quality outcomes.
