CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring a Commercial Electrical Foreman for a major commercial project in Charleston, SC. This position requires a hands-on leader who can install and manage electrical systems while coordinating a team to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on-site.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of electricians and apprentices on a commercial job site
Coordinate daily crew tasks and ensure work is progressing according to schedule
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications
Perform and oversee installation of conduit, wire pulls, terminations, panels, devices, and lighting
Ensure adherence to NEC codes and site safety standards
Act as the point of contact between the GC, site superintendent, and your crew
Track materials, manage tool inventories, and troubleshoot installation challenges
Participate in inspections and ensure punch list completion
Requirements:
5+ years of commercial electrical experience
Previous experience as a foreman or lead electrician
Must have tools, full PPE, and reliable transportation
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage jobsite timelines and coordinate subcontractors
OSHA 10 is a plus
