Job Title:

Construction Foreman (Working foreman and foreman roles) Job Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive manner. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy equipment operation and leadership abilities. Responsibilities Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel. Produce schedulesand monitor crew attendance. Allocate general and daily responsibilitiesto workers and tradespeople. Supervise and trainworkers and tradespeople on site work activities. Ensure manpower and resourcesare adequate for site work tasks. Guarantee all safety precautionsand quality standards are met, especially for site work operations. Supervise the use of machinery and equipmenton site, ensuring they are used safely and correctly. Monitor the progressof site work and ensure it remains on schedule. Resolve on-site issues and conflictsrelated to site work. Inspect the quality of workdone, ensuring it meets project standards. Report on progressto managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Organize and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in working order. Essential Skills Amazing Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) experience Experience leading a crew Great interpersonal skills Ability to run multiple pieces of equipment (Dozer, Track Hoe, Grader) at the highest level GPS (Trimble/TopCon) working experience Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing a heavy equipment operating crew Why Work Here?
