We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pipe Foreman / Underground Utility Foreman with experience with Water / Sewer / Storm pipe to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various by ensuring that all utility systems are functioning efficiently after installing them. This position requires a strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have experience as a pipe foreman / utilities foreman and we will consider case by case.
Responsibilities Lead the installation of the water / sewer / storm / reclaim / forcemain pipe.
Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and compliance with project specifications.
Utilize construction management software to track project progress and report on utility-related tasks.
Supervise utility operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Working foreman, foreman may need operate as needed.
Keep track of crew timesheets and project progress.
Skills Commercial and Residential projects experience.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of pipeline installation and maintenance practices.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Familiarity with contract management within the construction industry.
Understanding of construction management principles and practices.
Experience operating heavy equipment.
Ability to train crew.
Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
Experience with utilities and utilities infrastructure.
