The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, with the ability to oversee job sites, manage teams, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Construction Foreman will play a crucial role in coordinating activities, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining quality control throughout the construction process. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site to ensure efficient workflow. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide construction efforts. Manage project scheduling to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Oversee the implementation of safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and communication. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met. Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents related to construction projects. Excellent project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for team management. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
