Construction Foreman Position Available In Dorchester, South Carolina

Seeking all levels of Construction Foreman and Construction Management experience! We have multiple needs across different skillsets. Our most pressing is within Civil Sitework but have opportunities within Electrical, Mechanical, and Carpentry trades! For the Sitework Forman/Superintendent, they must be experts in the use of Front End Loaders, Excavators, Dozers, and Motor Graders! Also interested in Journeymen and Skilled Trade Construction Management as well!

Responsibilities:

Organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive manager Track production and complete paperwork daily Run a clean and tidy job site Lead by example and teach a crew along the way Relay production goals to crew and hold them accountable to meet them Work closely with Site Superintendent Follow company policy and procedures

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of Foreman experience managing heavy equipment operating crew Ability to run multiple pieces of equipment (Dozer, Track Hoe, Grader) at the highest level GPS (Trimble/TopCon) working experience.
