Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record We are seeking a skilled and proactive Plumbing Slab Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of slab plumbing installations. This role requires a background in residential and/or commercial plumbing, with a focus on under-slab systems. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality work on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise slab plumbing crews on multiple job sites to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with all codes and project specifications
• Interpret blueprints, site plans, and plumbing schematics to effectively plan and execute work
• Coordinate scheduling of manpower, materials, and inspections
• Conduct site inspections to confirm proper installation and resolve any issues or delays
• Collaborate with general contractors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of slab phases
• Enforce safety standards and promote a safe work environment
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of accountability and performance
