Job Description
Under minimum supervision, supervises custodial work to include providing instructions on the proper use of equipment and insuring proper staff utilization. Insures the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of facilities. Foreman pay level determination is based on the primary/majority work level of associates supervised: HPP 1 work level HPP 1 Foreman level HPP 2 work level HPP 2 Foreman level. Activelymunicates/promotes the benefits of the Military Star Credit Card to customers in order to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.

Job Qualifications

Education:

High school or equivalent.

Experience:

Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis. Six months in a supervisory capacity or PER documented potential to effectively supervise.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not , the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
