THIS ROLE REQUIRES 100

% TRAVELSupervise, plan or organizeconstruction efforts through In-house construction teams andcontract labor for new construction, maintenance, rebuild projects& storm restoration. Responsible for In-house productivity, safetyand quality of work performed within the construction department.

Responsible and or supports the hiring, training, development,production and performance management of the In-house constructionteams and contract labor. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify andenhance the customer experience Coordinate with engineers and developers in designing theplant; draw and sketch installation and location of equipment andcable; complete bill of materials (BOM) needed for plannedconstruction. Monitor In-house construction teams and contractor performanceand ensure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements. Perform site inspections for quality control of In-houseconstruction teams and contract labor. Monitor daily production and submit/review daily productionreports. Reconcile submitted invoices to work completed in thefield. Coordinate permitting and make-ready process is followed andbefore construction work. Communicate with Manager or designated delegate to provideupdates about construction progress. Review and process damage claims, communicate/updateappropriate parties when required Establish positive employee relations through effectivecommunication and ongoing support. Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federalregulations, as applicable. Know, understand and follow company policies. Perform other duties as requested by manager.
