Plumbing Foreman JonesCo Exterior Services Newport, TN 37821 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to read blueprints and contracts. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction teams on-site. Read and interpret blueprints and contracts to ensure project specifications are met. Oversee the installation of pipeline systems and other construction elements. Utilize HeavyBid software for project budgeting and estimating costs effectively. Implement construction estimating techniques to manage project resources efficiently. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules using Primavera software. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are upheld. Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, contract interpretation, and pipeline installation processes. Proficiency in HeavyBid and Primavera software for budgeting and scheduling purposes is preferred. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing project timelines and quality standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
