Support:

You’ll have the space to lead and the tools to succeed. What You’ll Own Lead Commercial roofing projects (flat & shingle systems). Supervise and motivate roofing crews to meet timelines, safety, and quality standards. Travel to job sites across Tennessee and neighboring states as needed. Maintain daily communication with clients—face-to-face, by phone, and through professional email updates. Utilize drones , mobile tech , and project documentation software to track budgets, document progress, and report to the home office. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution and customer satisfaction. You Might Be a Fit If You… Have 3+ years of commercial roofing experience (flat/shingle) and have led a crew as a Foreman or PM . Are willing and able to travel regularly to projects across multiple regions (company vehicle provided). Know how to represent a brand —you’re polished, professional, and confident with customers.
