Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Run industrial or water wastewater projects ranging from $5M•$10MProvide leadership, organization, and field management for 2 or more Foreman and 10-30 journeymen and apprenticesStart and manage special projects including Controlled Take-Offs, material and labor budgets, correct phasing, time reporting, daily logs, and scheduled meetingsContinuously train and develop your teams to ensure employee retention and company effectiveness and efficiencyManage daily production, safe installation methods, quality control, and high morale of your journeyman and apprenticesStrengthen existing client, vendor, and team relationships, and build new onesDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our
