We are a leading masonry contractor specializing in Big Box Retail projects and currently have long-term contracts to build multiple Costco Warehouses and Sprouts Grocery Store Shopping Centers across the Southeast (Tennessee, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, & Texas). We are seeking a Skilled Masonry Travel Foreman to support our site Superintendent and manage high-profile commercial jobs. Position:

Traveling Masonry Foreman Location:

Projects across the Southeast & Possibly the Midwest (travel required)

Compensation:

Competitive pay + Company vehicle +

Gas Card Schedule:

Full-time, with regular Weekend work What You’ll Do Travel and manage job sites for weeks to months at a time Supervise and coordinate crews of masons, laborers, and operators Interpret and build according to construction drawings and blueprints Lead job sites independently once layouts are completed Provide daily progress reports to Project Managers via our digital platform Oversee 25+ crew members with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety Communicate effectively with general contractor superintendents and attend weekly site meetings Ensure all work adheres to OSHA and company safety standards Manage daily site operations, inventory, grout delivery, and logistics Support employee training and uphold high standards for craftsmanship and conduct What We’re Looking For Proven experience in masonry construction Prior supervisory/foreman experience Strong understanding of jobsite layout and blueprint reading Ability to confidently run a site with minimal oversight Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong leadership skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus Willingness to travel extensively and work overtime as needed Valid driver’s license required (Company truck provided) Why Join Blackrock Masonry?
