Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Nino Development Knoxville, TN 37930 Nino Development is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead and manage service crews on commercial roofing projects across Knoxville, TN. What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise a team of roofing technicians on service and repair projects. Coordinate daily job site activities, including material handling, work assignments, safety checks, and quality control. Diagnose and repair commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, Built-Up, Modified Bitumen , and other flat or low-slope roofing types. Ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Communicate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations. Accurately complete daily job reports, service tickets, and time logs. Mentor and train crew members to build a strong and reliable team.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in commercial roofing , with at least 2 years in a foreman or leadership role . Strong knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems (especially TPO, EPDM, and PVC). Proven experience managing crews and job sites efficiently and professionally. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (CDL a plus). OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and roofing details.
