Commercial Plumbing Foreman
CROSSVILLE/COOKEVILLE AREA
If you’re an experienced commercial Foreman or Lead Plumber who is looking for a permanent opportunity with excellent pay and benefits, then this opportunity is for you. Local, established Mechanical Contractor with various projects in, and around, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga triangle area is seeking Plumber or Lead/Foreman candidates.
This is commercial work, new construction for an experienced and versatile Plumber who is proficient with running crews and has hands on experience with all types of pipe and systems. PVC, CPVC, cast iron, copper, inground, rough in, setting fixtures through project completion. This would also be a good fit and good opportunity for an experienced Journeyman looking to work their way into a Lead or Foreman role
Excellent pay. Permanent hire opportunity
40 hours per week++, + overtime
Must be versatile enough to work in all aspects of commercial plumbing
Must have all tools of the trade.
Must be a versatile, Foreman, Plumber capable of reading prints, laying out work
Strong supervisory skills
Experience working with customers and management
Ability to jump in and assist with complicated tasks
Record keeping, materials management with history of delivering on-time and in budget projects
Work closely with customers, project Management and Superintendents
