Responsibilities:
Perform basic plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, and painting. Install or repair appliances, fixtures, and fittings as needed. Help prepare units for move-in for new tenants. Keep work areas safe and clean.
Requirements:
Experience from home projects, trade school, or internships. Own transportation and tools. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to communicate with property manager and tenants professionally. Must pass a background check and have own reliable transportation.
