Underground Utility Foreman Benchmark Contractors LLC Hendersonville, TN 37075
Experience :
5 plus years of experience in pipe and utilities leadership roles involving residential subdivisions and commercial projects.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Supervise underground sanitary sewer, water and storm utility installation. Working knowledge and experience with trench safety, working in confined spaces, and working in accordance with OSHA competent person standards. Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Experience with pipe lasers and shooting grade. Oversees and instructs the day-to-day operations of up to a 6-man crew. Ability to schedule, organize, direct, and evaluate the work of others. Able to bring projects to completion on time and on budget. Ensure personnel follow all equipment maintenance procedures. Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites. Drive and operate heavy construction equipment.
