The Foreman of Construction Services reports directly to the Director of Construction Services. Responsibilities include and are not limited to; Field employee call-outs Develop daily coverage plan Assign cleaning tasks to leads and cleaners Verify execution of daily coverage plan Perform required FMS equipment and supply processes Resolve minor, immediate issues (cleaning, customer, employee, safety) Train leads and cleaners Identify recurring customer, employee, safety, and cleaning needs Represent FMS Demonstrate FMS core values, professionalism, and positivity Perform daily walks with customers to verify completion of assigned areas/tasks Communicate cleaning, safety or security issues to Director and customer promptly Perform customer engagement as determined with Director Provide assistance to General Contractor with construction cleaning support to keep other trades working in a safe and efficient environment Perform quality inspections Document T&M on time sheet with customer signature as required Leading Coach and motivate employees Develop employee relationships through face-to-face communication Recognize work well done Provide a steady, calm presence when challenged Compliance Verify cleaning is completed to FMS standards Maintaining site safety requirements including and not limited to; o Temporary fencing placement o Street maintenance o Construction site temporary railing o Dumpster and site toilet scheduling, o Construction site mgmt. trailer cleaning o Buckhoist staffing and management Identify safety, cleaning, employee, and customer needs Perform required HR processes o Interviewing and hiring frontline labor as needed o employee reviews o performance improvement o status changes o vacation/time off

Requirements:

o Construction experience o Lift, push, pull objects weighing up to 40 lbs, carry objects up to 20 lbs o Squat, bend, stoop and reach o Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances o Perform overhead reaching o Perform repetitive arm and hand movements for long periods of time o Walk distances over 100 yds for long periods of time o Work in noisy environments o Work in warm and/or chilly environments o Working outside for majority of shift o Fill out paperwork o Utilize smart phone technology for work functions Desired certifications/trainings, not required: o Forklift Certification o Lift Certification o OSHA 30 o

Buckhoist Pay and Benefits:
