Concrete Foreman Capital City Construction Services LLC Franklin, TN 37068 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete structures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site protocols and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines. The Concrete Foreman will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of concrete installations. Duties Assist in the preparation and layout of concrete forms according to project specifications. Pour, spread, and finish concrete using various tools and techniques. Operate equipment such as mixers, trowels, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Follow OSHA safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment on construction sites. Read and interpret schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Collaborate with supervisors and other laborers to ensure timely completion of projects. Utilize software such as Prolog or Primavera for project scheduling when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the duration of the project. Requirements Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction field is preferred. Familiarity with construction site operations, including safety regulations and protocols. Knowledge of pipeline installation techniques is a plus. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and project documentation effectively. Experience with project scheduling software such as Primavera is advantageous. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Must be able to work in various weather conditions and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods. A commitment to teamwork, communication, and following directions from supervisors.
