Position Overview:

We’re seeking someone full-time to assist with various hands-on tasks and projects. This role will directly support our crews in the field and help ensure that every job is done right, on time, and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in water, fire, storm damage restoration work Support residential repairs and remodeling projects Maintain clean and organized job sites Help transport tools, materials, and equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Ideal Candidate:

Dependable and self-motivated Able to work on their feet and lift heavy materials Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willing to learn and grow with the company Prior experience in construction or restoration is a plus, but not required – we’re willing to train the right person!
